Our Congregational Development Centre uses the same method of community organising to transform participation for synagogue life and create congregational renewal. We've worked with synagogues from that range from 70 to 4000 people, from the south coast up to the north of England, from the centre of cities to rural communities. We've transformed synagogues' new membership processes, young people's education, or growth - resulting in a 40% increases over 9 months. We were the authors of the guide 'What We Know about How Synagogues Grow', edited by Masorti Judaism, and are the only Jewish organisation that employs staff who have worked as professional community organisers and are accredited as part of the professional Guild of Community Organisers.
